Yes. Access is HIPAA-conscious and limited to the minimum necessary information for referral coordination. Views are scoped to your territory/clinics.

Can I add notes for a clinic?

Yes. Add territory notes to a referral or clinic record to help coordinate with Appy and reduce back-and-forth.

How often is data refreshed?

Statuses update as our intake, benefits, and fulfillment teams progress referrals. Most fields refresh in near-real time.

Do providers need a portal?

No provider portal is required. Clinics can continue to call, e-prescribe, fax the SWO with chart notes, or use our secure form. The dashboard is a visibility tool for field teams.
